Transport & Delivery
Our facility boasts three warehouses and four packaging lines, including:
• Water Softening Salt (40#, 50#, 1-ton Tote)
• Feed-Mixing Salt (50# and 1-ton Tote)
• Ice Control Salt/Ice Melt Blends (50#, 25#, 12#, 10#)
Our production capabilities allow for fast, efficient loading for all types of trucks. Customer pick-ups are always welcome (place orders before your arrival). We are capable of expediting deliveries within 2-5 business days after receipt of order.
Our central location in St. Louis, Missouri, is ideal for anyone looking for hauls to and from the St. Louis metropolitan area. We make daily shipments from Gunther Salt Company in several types of trucks — including vans, flatbeds, pneumatic tankers, and dump trucks.

Information Regarding Seasonal Demand
During the winter months of December through February, Gunther Salt's demand for local full truckload and less-than-truckload hauls increases substantially. During our busiest times of the year, we recommend contacting us ASAP when looking for bag salt, ice melt, or bulk salt.
